Most institutional cost is designed in years before anyone calls it cost: how capital is weighted, where accounts sit, what each corridor charges, what each licence requires. Mulium advises institutions on taking it back out: structuring, optimization, regulatory architecture and governance, carried by proprietary instruments and an AI framework of our own. Investigations are carried by the Mulium Special Unit.
On paper these are separate disciplines. In a real balance sheet they arrive together: the structure sets the position, the position sets the cost, and the record decides how much of it survives review. - Capital & Structuring: how capital is held, weighted and structured across the group; the difference between designed and inherited is measured in basis points.
- Operational Resilience: ICT risk, continuity and third-party oversight structured to a supervised standard, evidenced ahead of time.
- Investigation & restitution: when value has moved or a record must be proven, run by the Mulium Special Unit.
